Please include your iPhone model and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Parent account
Create a parent account
- Open Mindful Monkey and tap Berry at the bottom right.
- Under For grown-ups, tap Parent account.
- Enter your name, your email, a password and your child's first name.
Turn the daily email on or off
On Berry's page, signed in to the parent account, switch Daily activity email on or off. The email arrives in the evening, in your time zone.
Delete the account
On Berry's page, tap Delete parent account. This deletes the account and your child's saved daily summaries from our server. Progress stored on the device stays until you delete the app.
Common questions
I'm not getting the daily email
Check that Daily activity email is switched on, and look in your spam or promotions folder. The email starts once you've confirmed your email address with the link we sent when you created the account.
Berry isn't talking
Make sure the speaker button at the top of the screen isn't muted, your iPhone's silent switch is off, and the volume is turned up.
Reminders aren't showing up
Open your iPhone's Settings > Notifications > Mindful Monkey and make sure Allow Notifications is on.
Will my child lose progress on a new phone?
Goals, bananas, jewels and the path are stored on the device, so they don't move to a new phone yet.
